个人简介

Personal Profile

刘默芳(女),博士,现任同济大学长聘特聘教授。入选新基石研究员、国家杰出青年科学基金、国家“万人计划”科技创新领军人才、东方英才团队等人才项目,主持科技部重点研发计划等项目,现任《中国科学:生命科学》副主编、中国生化与分子生物学会RNA专业委员会主任。主要从事RNA调控与雄性生殖研究,面向国际前沿和人口健康,针对精子发生极其复杂并有许多未解之谜、男性不育一半以上病因不明并已成为全球性社会问题等,聚焦RNA调控与精子发生和男性不育,获得了系列原创重大研究成果,包括首次证明piRNA调控通路异常是男性不育新病因、揭示了精子细胞mRNA翻译调控和清除降解新机制等,解答了精子发生中多个未解之谜,提出了新的理论,提升了对雄性生殖规律和男性不育病因的认识,引领了RNA调控与生殖前沿领域;以通讯/共通讯作者在ScienceCell(2篇)、New Engl J MedNat Cell BiolMol CellDev Cell等发表论文40多篇,受邀NatRev Mol Cell Biol长文综述,系统总结了PIWI/piRNA研究进展;成果入选上海市自然科学一等奖全国妇幼健康科学技术奖自然科学一等奖国家“十三五”蛋白质专项5项重大成果之一中国生命科学十大进展中国科学院科技创新亮点成果(2次)等。先后获发展中国家科学院(TWAS)生物学奖中国细胞生物学学会杰出成就奖谈家桢生命科学创新奖上海市巾帼创新奖等荣誉。多次受邀KeystoneEMBOGordon等重要国际学术会议报告,组织EMBOCSHA等重要国际国内学术会议,促进了我国相关领域的发展和融入国际主流。
