Personal Profile
孙颖，同济大学法学院国际法方向助理教授、硕士研究生导师。先后获得清华大学法学院法学学士及外语双学士学位、法学硕士学位，日内瓦国际关系及发展高等学院国际争端解决硕士学位，欧洲大学学院国际法博士学位，并曾在马克斯·普朗克比较公法与国际法研究所、剑桥大学劳特派特国际法研究中心担任访问学者。其研究发表于Journal ofInternational Dispute Settlement、Chinese Journal of International Law、《商事仲裁与调解》等国内外权威期刊，并曾担任国际法领域顶级期刊——《European Journal of International Law》的助理编辑。在学术研究外，孙颖博士在国际法、争端解决领域有较为丰富的实务经历，曾代表客户处理在香港国际仲裁中心、新加坡国际仲裁中心、美国仲裁协会、中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会、北京仲裁委员会等仲裁机构的国际及涉外仲裁案件，并获得中华人民共和国执业律师资格。此外，其还曾就中国贸易法相关问题担任经济合作与发展组织（OECD）的外部法律顾问，并在香港律政司国际法律部、迪士尼公司法务部实习。
可以指导对国际公法、国际经济法及涉外法治议题感兴趣的同学。尤其鼓励有志于开展理论与实践相结合研究、国内法与国际法交叉研究、关注法学跨学科方法、或具备较好英文基础的同学联系。
