研究人诱导多能干细胞(iPS)治疗年龄相关性疾病和免疫疾病,推进人iPS细胞药物在临床疾病治疗中的应用。
(1)移植人iPS来源的幼稚视网膜色素上皮细胞治疗年龄相关黄斑变性的临床转化,上海卫健委临床专项;
(2)靶向调控视黄酸代谢稳态促进视网膜祖细胞分化修复视网膜变性的机制及应用研究,国自然(青年);
