2017年毕业于东北大学,取得工学学士学位;
2022年毕业于复旦大学,取得工学博士学位;
2022-2024年于复旦大学完成博士后工作;
本人长期从事基于磁共振影像的神经血管疾病研究,在磁共振结构影像、磁共振血管造影、脑小血管病等定量分析方面已累积了丰富经验,在国际主流期刊发表SCI论文10余篇。本人主持国家自然科学基金青年科学基金项目,博士后面上项目,公开国家发明专利四项,发表国际磁共振医学会摘要六篇,参与项目获上海市科技进步二等奖。

1. 基于高场磁共振影像的脑血管疾病风险预测研究
依托7T/5T高场磁共振成像平台,构建脑血管疾病(包括脑小血管病、卒中、认知障碍等)的多维影像生物标志物体系,实现疾病早期识别与风险预测。通过引入高空间分辨率结构像、先进扩散成像、脑灌注与血流动力学影像等序列,提取脑血管结构、管腔状态、血流动力学参数与脑组织微结构指数,并结合深度学习与机器学习模型进行特征融合分析。探索脑血管损伤发生—进展—功能代偿的影像学机制,建立可推广的个体化脑血管风险评估框架,为脑血管疾病的早筛、早治和精准干预提供科学依据。
2. 脑卒中多模态磁共振影像研究
围绕急性与慢性脑卒中的机制、诊断与预后评估展开,采用多模态磁共振成像技术,系统刻画卒中组织损伤程度、血管病变性质、脑灌注与能量代谢状态以及功能网络重组特征。探讨缺血半暗带的可逆性影像特征、血管壁不稳定斑块的影像生物标志物、卒中后脑网络可塑性变化与功能恢复的关系。通过影像-临床-功能随访数据的多维整合,建立卒中精准分型与预后预测模型,为临床制定个体化溶栓/取栓策略及康复方案提供支持。
3. 静息态脑功能影像研究
聚焦静息态功能磁共振成像在脑网络功能评估中的应用,揭示脑疾病发生发展过程中神经网络连接模式的改变。采用多种定量方法,分析正常脑功能组织架构、疾病相关网络失衡以及认知功能变化的影像特性。重点研究脑小血管病、认知障碍、情绪障碍、卒中后康复等人群,探索脑功能网络代偿机制及其干预可塑性。为脑疾病表征、早期检测和疗效监测提供新的影像学证据和功能生物标志物。
