本团队所在科室胃肠外科是以结直肠肛门疾病与胃部疾病的诊断与治疗为特色，集医教研于一体综合发展的专业化科室。受邀在2020年日本胃癌年会，2023年韩国胃癌周，2024年日本癌治疗学会学术集会上进行学术汇报。本人及团队成员多篇相关研究发表于SCI期刊。临床上主要承担同济大学附属东方医院胃肠道疾病的诊治，擅长微创治疗胃肠道良恶性肿瘤。基础上关注于胃肠道肿瘤的发生及发展机制。
