颗石藻生态与环境之间的联系、颗石形态与海洋酸化之间的关系、颗石藻钙化作用生产力与碳循环之间的关系、颗石的元素与同位素地球化学;古海洋、古气候、古环境重建及其机理解释;颗石藻与地球环境的协同演化。
