Personal Profile
姜丛,同济大学医学院特聘研究员,同济大学附属第十人民医院双聘PI,硕士和博士生导师,入选上海市科技启明星以及海外高层次人才引进计划等项目。博士毕业于华东师范大学生命医学研究所,随后于海军军医大学附属长征医院、美国哈佛大学医学院从事博士后研究项目。主要研究方向为肿瘤营养感应的基础和转化研究。运用CRISPR-Cas9的全基因组筛选、生物化学、细胞生物学、结构生物学、肿瘤生物学的手段,分析肿瘤内部的营养感应,揭示肿瘤恶性进展过程中营养感应的时空变化规律,开发新的靶向策略。主要研究分为以下三个方向:1)肿瘤内mTORC1依赖的营养感应机制和功能研究;2)肿瘤内mTORC1非依赖的营养感应机制和功能研究; 3) 肿瘤微环境中,基质细胞的营养感应与肿瘤恶性进展。
