研究免疫与代谢相互作用的调控网络及分子机制;在细胞水平,探究细胞内代谢通路对免疫细胞活化及功能的影响和分子机制;聚焦代谢分子调控免疫细胞的功能影响疾病的发生和发展。
Immunity and metabolic regulation:
Focuson the regulatory network andmolecular mechanism of immune and metabolic interaction; To explore theinfluence and molecular mechanism of intracellular metabolic pathways on immunecell activation and function at the cell level; Focus on the function ofmetabolic molecules to regulate immune cells to influence the occurrence and development of diseases.
课题组长期致力于免疫代谢调控领域研究,在此过程中聚焦代谢产物通过调控免疫细胞的功能进而改变疾病的发生发展进程,最终发现有效药物靶点;已经在该领域奠定了扎实的理论和实践基础,并取得一系列原创成果,如发现结核菌利用代谢物调控宿主适应性免疫来进行免疫逃避的新机制等,在领域内产生了重要国际影响。研究工作共发表第一作者(含共同)和通讯作者(含共同)论文17篇。包括国际微生物学和免疫学领域重要SCI杂志《Nature Microbiology》(2025)、《NatureMicrobiology》(2024)、《Journal of Immunology》、《Frontiers in immunology》、 《Immunology and cellbiology》和《Scientific Reports》等。研究期间主持多项课题基金,包括国家自然科学基金重大项目、国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家自然科学基金青年项目和上海市卫计委研究基金面上项目等。
