Dietmar Harhoff教授为同济大学名誉教授，德国马普创新与竞争研究所（MPIIC）所长，德国科学与工程院院士，巴伐利亚科学院院士，创新经济学领域国际知名学者。个人主页参见https://www.ip.mpg.de/en/persons/prof-dietmar-harhoff.html
2024年，牵头SICIP- MPIIC合作研究“开放专利与创新”，同济方面合作学者为国知院副教授刘夏. 本项目将通过深入挖掘专利数据，结合问卷调查，田野实验方法探讨开放许可制度设计与企业许可策略、激励机制等问题。欢迎经济学、管理学、统计学背景，对交叉学科研究感兴趣的同学加入研究团队。
