同济大学上海国际知识产权学院助理教授，德国慕尼黑大学法学博士，入选2023年上海市白玉兰人才计划浦江项目，WIPO-同济知识产权硕士项目课程协调人之一。研究方向为竞争法、知识产权法、中欧比较法。熟练掌握德语、英语。

XIAO Yukun is an Assistant Professor at theShanghai International College of Intellectual Property (SICIP) at TongjiUniversity and holds a Ph.D. in Law from the University of Munich, Germany. In2023, she was selected for the Shanghai Magnolia Talent Pujiang Project. She isone of the course coordinators of the WIPO-Tongji Master's Program inIndustrial Property. Her research focuses on competition law, intellectualproperty law, and comparative law between China and the EU. She is fluent inEnglish and German.
