张鹏飞,博士,硕士研究生导师,就职于同济大学附属皮肤病医院,中心实验室。
白求恩精神研究会医学人文分会常务理事;中国分析测试协会纳米分会委员;微纳米学会高级会员;中国生物化学与分子生物学会终身会员;美国化学会会员;Sigma Xi会员。
带领团队先后荣获同济大学十大最具转化潜力项目入围奖;微纳系统与工程(MINE)青年科学家入围奖;苏州金鸡湖创业大赛华东区总决赛等科创荣誉称号。主持完成国家自然科学基金,上海市自然基金,上海市“科技创新行动计划”生物医药专项基金等课题多项,第一或通讯发表Analytical Chemistry等SCI论文20余篇,申请发明专利10项,授权5项,其中国际PCT专利2项。

Research Area
1. Ultra-sensitive single-molecule diagnositics
Ultra-sensitive measurement of protein and nucliec acid is crucail for early disease diagnosis and disease prevention. We are endevour to develop ultrasensitive diagnositc systems with easy operability, high precision, rapidity and easy access.

2. Functional nanobeads for biological labels
Assemblly of various functional motifs, such as quantum dots, gold nanoparticles, magnetic nanoparticles and aggregation induced fluorogens, into functional nanobeads were developled for biological labeling of antibody, nucleic acid and aptamers. The size, surface groups and intiror structures are studied to obtain the optimal labels for lateral flow immunoassays and digital assays.
