主任药师,药剂学博士,同济大学讲师,同济大学附属上海市肺科医院药剂科副主任(主持工作),曾长期从事呼吸科临床药师工作,经验丰富,尤其擅长药品临床综合评价和肺癌纳米靶向制剂研究。 曾主持国家自然基金、上海市自然基金和上海市创新药械产品应用示范等课题,荣获上海市医苑新星青年医学人才计划,以第一作者或通讯作者发表论文20余篇,其中SCI论文十余篇,申请专利十余项,主要学术任职中国老年保健医学研究会老年合理用药分会委员,中国医药教育协议药物警戒评价分会委员,中国医药生物技术协会医院药学技术专业委员会委员,上海市医学会临床药学专科分会委员,上海市药学会药物治疗专委会委员,上海市药学会药物经济学专委员委员,上海市医师协会临床合理用药委员会委员,上海市抗癌协会肿瘤药学专委会委员,上海市抗癌协会个案管理委员会委员。
上海市肺科医院药剂科现有博士后及博士4人,硕士8人,人才队伍健全,学科发展潜力较大。近年来获得国家自然基金青年项目1项,省部级课题2项,市级人才计划1项;荣获全国药学信息工作先进集体1项,上海市优秀信息管理奖1项,上海药学信息工作先进个人2项,上海市优秀临床药师提名1项,上海市临床药师师资培训优秀学员奖2项。并获得上海市优秀服务示范窗口、上海市卫生健康行业青年文明号、上海市合理用药系列宣传教育活动先进集体、上海市合理用药示范单位等光荣称号。近5年发表论文三十余篇,SCI论文约二十篇,合计影响因子40.605分,形成了以吸入药物、肺移植药物、肺部肿瘤药物、结核药物临床使用评价及药物服务为方向的专业特色。
主持和参与,曾主持国家自然基金、上海市自然基金和上海市创新药械产品应用示范等课题。目前的主要研究方向为肺癌靶向仿生纳米制剂研究和肺部疾病创新药品的临床应用评价。
