主要从事环境化学品的感官抻经-行为效应和发育毒性机制研究,主要成果包括:(1)发现了多溴二苯醚可诱导斑马鱼视觉发育过程中的结构和功能损伤,改变仔鱼的视觉导向行为,从而可能威胁斑马鱼种群在自然环境中的生存;(2)研究了典型内分泌干扰物对胚胎期斑马鱼能量代谢和视黄类物质代谢的干扰作用,揭示了五氯酚通过激活糖酵解过程改变细胞行为的发育毒性机制;(3)发展和丰富了斑马鱼运动行为学测试方法学。在Environ Sci Technol 、Environ Sci Technol Lett 、EnvironInt 、J Hazard Mater等学术期刊发表各类论文50 余篇。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目3 项,国家重大水体专项二级课题3 项,并参与国家自然科学基金重大研究计划集成项目和重点基金各1 项。任中国实验动物学会水生实验动物专委会委员、中国毒理学会分析毒理学会专业委员会青年委员、上海科委上海市科技专家库专家等。
