个人简介

Personal Profile

魏珂,同济大学生命科学与技术学院教授,附属东方医院再生医学研究所特聘研究员。本科毕业于清华大学生物科学与技术系,于美国加利福尼亚大学洛杉矶分校分子细胞综合生理专业获得博士学位,后在美国桑福德伯纳姆普利贝司医学研究所进行博士后科学研究。入选国家海外高层次人才青年项目,主持并参与多项国家自然科学基金项目及科技部重点研发项目。主要研究方向为心脏发育与再生,通过高内涵筛选发现了影响心肌细胞增殖的旁分泌分子,miRNA以及小分子抑制剂;发现了心肌细胞成熟过程的新颖分子机制,为开发创新性针对心肌细胞再生的药物提供了新的方向。发表SCI论文30余篇,其中以第一作者及通讯作者发表包括Nature, Circulation, Cell Research, Cardiovasc Res, Protein & Cell在内的论文16篇,并获得两项美国专利授权。
