博士,教授、主任医师。上海市肺科医院医疗副院长,肿瘤综合诊治中心主任委员,学术委员会委员,中国医疗保健国际交流促进会理事,国家癌症中心抗肿瘤药物临床应用监测管理委员会委员,中国防痨协会营养专业分会副主委,中国康复医学会营养与康复专业委员会常务委员,中国医学促进会结核分会常务委员(候任主委),上海市职业健康监护质控中心主任,上海市杨浦区医学会副理事长,上海中西医结合分会急重症专业委员会常务委员,上海市医院协会医疗质量管理委员会委员,上海市医院协会日间手术管理委员会委员,上海市杨浦区健康教育协会副理事长。致力于肺部疾病(分枝杆菌感染及肿瘤)的基础和临床研究:证实了XpertMTB/RIF在超声引导下活检对胸膜结核具有的良好的诊断敏感性和极高的诊断价值(Int J Infect Dis. 2021,SCI,IF12.074);证明了叶酸受体阳性循环肿瘤细胞浓度测定是一种提高肺结节病理诊断的有效、方便、省时的策略,具有良好的临床应用价值(Small. 2020,SCI,IF15.153);拓展了基质辅助激光解吸电离飞行时间质谱技术(MALDI-TOF MS)针对NTM鉴定的数据库,并经过临床样本水平验证,提升了MALDI-TOF MS对NTM的病原学诊断能力,有力支撑了临床实验室中实施 MALDI-TOF MS鉴定NTM的可行性(J Clin Microbiol. 2016,SCI,IF11.677)。 近五年以第一负责人主持国家自然科学基金面上项目1项,省部级项目2项,通讯作者发表SCI论文13篇, IF>10共3篇。授权发明专利1项。获得上海医学科技三等奖。
