主持国家和上海自然科学基金等国家和省部级课题，目前还承担主持多中心临床研究三项，参与上海申康医院发展中心诊疗技术推广及优化管理项目一项。

已在国际和国内发表论文120余篇，其中SCI论文90余篇，主编和参编中英文著作8部，其中主编《临床心电图学及图谱》、《冠心病的现代治疗》、独著《心力衰竭的现代管理》。参与编写中国心血管疾病多项诊疗指南。曾获中国中医药促进会科技进步一等奖，上海市科学技术奖三等奖和医学科技奖三等奖两项，河南科学技术奖三等奖和医学科技奖一等奖各一项。
