蔚青,主任医师,教授,博士生导师,担任上海市第十人民医院病理科主任,中华医学会病理学分会感染病理学组副组长,上海医学会病理学分会副主任委员,上海医学会病理学分会技术学组组长,上海医师协会病理医师分会秘书,中国医师协会病理科医师分会全国委员,中华医学会病理学分会分子病理学组委员,中国研究型医院学会病理专业委员会常委,中国研究型医院学会甲状腺专业委员会委员,上海病理质控中心专家,国家自然科学基金评审专家,上海市病理职称高评委专家。从事临床病理诊断工作30年,擅长疑难肿瘤病理鉴别诊断与分子病理新技术。主持国自然面上项目4项,上海申康重大临床研究项目1项(240万元)等,以第一或通讯作者在SignalTransduction and Targeted Therapy、Nature Communications等主流期刊发表SCI论著共30余篇,参与多项指南编写,参编专著3部,授权专利9项,转化专利1项(100万元)。获上海市第二届“仁心医者”最佳专科医生提名奖、上海市最美女医师提名奖、上海市卫生健康系统“三八红旗手”等。
团队主要聚焦肿瘤发生发展分子机制并开展相关临床转化研究,上海三甲医院病理学科竞争力持续上升, 2020-2021连续两年排名第五,2022年排名第三,2023年排名第二。近年共获批课题及人才资助50项,累计经费近2000万元,其中国家自然科学基金项目22项。以第一或通讯作者在国际重要学术期刊Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy(IF38)、Nature Communications(IF17.694)等发表SCI论文40余篇。申请发明专利30项,授权10项,科技成果转化1项(100万元)。在医院支持下,科室建成符合国际标准的临床生物样本全息库,形成样本库动态存储和使用的模式,样本库的两大特色平台基于类器官的耐药基因筛选平台和细菌分离平台目前已正式投入使用,具有特征性致病因素及发病特点的恶性肿瘤PDO及耐药基因筛选已申请技术准入,细菌分离平台已获得三百余株纯培养分离株,涵盖一百余个菌种,目前已完成中国典型培养物保藏中心7株菌的保藏,已建成“结直肠癌信息库系统”,目前共收录病例信息5000万余例。
