十四五国家重点研发计划首席科学家、入选上海市优秀学术带头人和东方拔尖人才计划,获评为2022年人民名医(优秀风范)。担任中华医学会围产医学分会常委、早产与早产儿学组副组长,上海市围产医学分会候任主委、上海市产科临床质量控制中心主任,上海市早产防治委员会主任委员,上海市市级医院产科专科联盟主任,上海市医师协会母胎医学分会副会长。担任/曾担任《Gynecol Obstet Invest》副主编,5本国内核心期刊常务编委或编委。主持国家重点研发计划1项(首席)、4项国家自然基金面上项目等15项科研基金。以第一作者或通讯作者(含共同通讯)发表近SCI论文50余篇(最高IF 38+分),授权专利3项。上海市首届医务工匠、上海市医学科技奖青年奖,上海市先进工作者和五一劳动奖章获得者。
聚焦早产与分娩启动、胎盘相关疾病(子痫前期、胎盘种植)临床、转化与基础研究。(1)基于国家重点研发计划“建立基于早产发生复杂机制的临床精准防控策略”搭建高质量、多中心的中国围产大数据平台和孕婴队列,解析HBV不同感染状态、新冠病毒大流行和环境污染等因素对早产发生的影响,为国家制定母婴保健政策提供循证支持。(2)揭示羊膜中皮质醇分别通过成纤维细胞蛋白酶体降解细胞内和细胞外胶原蛋白导致胎膜破裂,证实SAA1通过调节人羊膜组织细胞外基质合成、促进细胞外基质降解及羊膜结构重塑参与分娩启动过程,阐明羊膜组织中内质网自噬对胶原蛋白降解,以上系列成果揭示了“胶原蛋白降解-细胞外基质重塑”诱发胎膜激活的重要调控作用。(3)率先提出PAS“产前-围分娩期-产后”三个阶段、三色预警体系、三种止血理念,首先建立1套胎盘植入-分娩时出血风险的预警系统、3项止血创新技术和1项止血分类新方法,该成果获得第十八届上海市医学科技奖(首届青年奖,第一完成人)。
