现有高级职称医师4名，中级职称医师6名，另配备专业康复师数名。作为同济大学关节与运动医学硕士、博士学位授予点、博士后培养点、关节镜与运动医学培训中心，科室非常重视学科人才培养和梯队建设，累计培养硕博士30余名，其中已毕业博士8名，目前在读博士后4名，博士4名，硕士3名。科室将医教研紧密结合，科研工作始终以临床需要为出发点，先后获得国家自然 科学基金、卫生部、教育部、上海市科委、市卫生局、同济大学等数十项基金资助， 先后申请发明专利10余项。团队近十年已在国内外专业杂志发表论文100余篇、主编或副主编专著10余部。获国家、省部级各类科研奖励10余项，包括中华医学科技奖二等奖、上海市科学技术奖二等奖，上海康复医学科技奖三等奖等。其中，2024年团队获得2项国自然面上项目。
