Personal Profile
同济大学教授,主任技师,博士研究生导师,附属东方医院南院医学检验科主任。上海交通大学医学院病原生物学博士,美国范德堡大学医学院、梅奥医学中心、约翰霍普金斯医院访问学者。担任中国女医师协会检验医学分会副主任委员、中国医药教育协会临床微生物学分会副主任委员、中华医学会检验医学分会微生物学组委员、国家卫生健康委员会药敏标准专家委员会委员、中国合格评定国家认可委员会主任评审员、上海市微生物学会临床微生物学专委会主任委员、上海市医学会分子诊断分会副主任委员等学术任职。主要研究方向:临床微生物检验及耐药机制、医院感染控制和实验室标准化建设等。主持华东地区侵袭性真菌感染协作组(ECIFIG)、长三角病原体高通量测序工作组,承担国家科技重大专项、国家自然科学基金、上海市科委创新行动计划等各级课题和省市级人才计划20余项,在 Imeta、NAR、EMI、IJAA、Ebio Medicine、CTM 等杂志发表SCI和中文核心期刊论文140余篇,编写国家和行业标准10余项、主编专著6部,授权专利8项。入选上海市优秀学术技术带头人、上海市卫健委优秀学科带头人、上海市公共卫生重点学科负责人,荣获全国卫生系统新冠肺炎疫情防控先进个人、中国女医师协会五洲女子科技奖、上海市预防医学会科技奖二等奖等。
