Personal Profile

教授,主任医师,儿科学博士生导师,英国诺丁汉特伦特大学心理系客座教授,美国辛辛那提儿童医院发育行为儿科访问学者。以第一作者或通讯作者在国内外期刊论文160余篇,其中SCI索引论文70余篇,总影响因子超500,2024-2025年入选全球前2%顶尖科学家榜单。获上海市“东方英才”拔尖人才计划,主持国家自然科学基金3项,省部级等课题10余项。作为第一完成人获上海市医学科技奖三等奖,全国妇幼健康科学技术三等奖,获上海市女医师协会“医树奖”科普创新奖等。

上海市第一妇婴保健院妇幼保健部是落实我院临床与保健相结合工作思路、体现医院妇幼保健服务特色的实践基地,年门诊量8-10万。目前科室共拥有医师10名,康复治疗师2名,其中硕士及以上学位比例占75%,博士比例占40%,中高级职称占80%。科室是国内首个引进儿童发育性运动协调障碍诊疗技术的团队,获得了国际认证的诊疗资质,并开发了中国儿童常模标准。研发早产儿超早期评估工具及婴幼儿早期发展筛查技术,建立了针对阶段评估结果的引导式训练模式。

科室在国内外高质量期刊发表论文200余篇,近五年累计影响达200以上,建立国内首个中英儿科和心理学双博士学位点。获得上海市医学科技奖以及全国妇幼健康科学技术奖三等奖以及“医树奖”科普创新奖等奖项。学科带头人花静为同济大学儿科学博士生导师,。
