主任医师,教授,留美博士后,博士生导师。上海市第十人民医院心内科主任、内科学教研室主任、内科规培基地主任。

擅长复杂高危疑难冠脉疾病介入治疗、瓣膜病介入治疗、心肌病(炎)精准诊疗。近5年,主持国家自然科学基金面上项目2项、上海市自然科学基金1项、上海市卫健委面上项目1项、西藏自治区自然科学基金1项、同济大学中央高校基本科研业务费专项资金-人工智能领域学科交叉重点项目1项;发表SCI文章50余篇,累计影响因子200余分;参编书籍5部,累计字数10余万字;培养毕业研究生19名。
获得第九批援藏表现优秀个人、援藏‘师带徒’优秀教师、2024年“上海好医生”提名奖等荣誉。上海市第十人民医院(简称十院)心内科为国家临床重点专科,目前已发展为一个门类齐全、医疗技术力量雄厚,集医疗、教学、科研于一体的综合性临床科室。心内科现主要有5大亚学科10大专病中心,实际开放床位180张,拥有5台DSA,IABP、OCT、IVUS、FFR、三维心超等多种大型仪器。各类介入手术量每年达9000例以上。年门诊量近40万,出院人数逾10000人次。心脏中心是国家卫健委冠心病介入及心律失常介入诊疗培训基地,急性心肌梗死信息化救治为特色。上海申康系统急性心肌梗死PCI救治手术量排行前三,左心耳封堵术为国内手术例数最多的中心之一。
随着医疗技术的不断进步,心内科团队在心血管疾病的精准诊疗方面取得了显著成就。除了OCT、IVUS、CaFFR、FFR、IMR、QFR、Dspect等先进诊疗技术外,心内科团队还成功开展心内膜心肌活检术,通过心内膜心肌活检为诸如心肌炎、心肌病等心脏疾病的诊断提供了更为精确的病理学依据,这一技术的开展,不仅提高了我科对心脏疾病的诊断能力,也为患者提供了更为个性化和精准的治疗方案。此外,心内科新开展了心磁图检查,利用极高灵敏磁探测器,检测心脏磁场信号进行分析,精准评估冠脉微循环障碍。
科内医师全部研究生及以上学历,博导7名,硕导18名,高级职称25名;近5年连续获得国家自然科学基金项目30余项,先后承担国家临床重点专科项目、科技部国家重点研发项目、国家自然科学基金、上海市公共卫生体系建设三年行动计划、上海市重要疾病联合攻关重大项目、科技部十二五支撑计划1、863项目子课题等,科研经费总计逾亿元。在Lancet、JACC、Circulation等知名学术期刊发表SCI论文400余篇,发布科普作品超百篇。
在国际上首创“院前、院中、院间”三位一体的信息化心梗急救体系,打破我国区域心梗救治水平不平衡,极大提高心梗诊治效率。团队由此获得科技部重点研发项目在内的多项国家级课题支持,成果应用于包括西藏、新疆在内100余家医疗机构,在西藏建立了全球海拔最高的胸痛中心。发现新型分子标记物及血流生理精准评估心梗预后及指导个体化治疗。首创基于人工智能算法的心电预警系统及设备,获批国家医疗器械注册证,应用于国内200余家单位,为2020年珠峰测量、南极长城站科考队保驾护航。针对急性心梗起病急、预后差等问题,同济大学的教育部重点实验室及泛血管研究所的专家通过影像学、基因组学等方法发现了心梗诊治新机制及新靶点,为心梗的早期诊断及优化治疗提供了全新思路。除此之外,学科在左心耳封堵、遗传性心律失常诊治、腔内影像技术都获得国际领先地位,相关成果发表于心血管权威杂志。在中美医学同道的全力协调和努力下,同济大学附属第十人民医院心脏中心联合“美国华裔心脏协会(CNAHA)”成立全国首家“中美联合心血管专科医师培训中心”。培训内容包含定期举办中美心血管专科医师GAP-CCBC疑难病例讨论会、中美联合查房等活动。每年作为承办单位邀请来自美国、德国、新加坡及我国台湾、香港、澳门等数十位华裔专家在东方心脏病学会议-华语国际论坛进行学术交流。从国际视野角度,聚焦世界华人“心”力,在心血管医学的领域中共同探索、不断前行。
