个人简介
Personal Profile
同济大学特聘研究员、同济大学医学院分子神经生物学课题组长,博士生导师。中国生理学会转化神经科学专业分会委员,上海神经科学学会疼痛转化研究分会学术委员。研究疼痛和帕金森病机制及相关神经发育,成果以通讯作者或一作者在Science、Progress in Neurobiology、Frontiers in molecular Neuroscience、Development、Journal of Neuroscience等国际著名杂志上发表。获国内发明专利7项,国际发明专利1项,另有6项国际发明专利在审查中;专利簇转移1项。获同济大学2021年“十大最具转化潜力科技成果奖”。

利用分子生物学、RNA测序、生物信息学和电生理等技术在转基因小鼠模型和疾病小鼠模型上研究神经发育与神经病理及药物发现,主要包括:
1.疼痛基因网络调控和躯体感觉神经元分化的分子机制研究,并筛选、发现抑制疼痛的药物。
2.疼痛传导环路及中枢痛敏的分子机制。
3.研究中脑多巴胺神经元(mDA)的存活、诞生数目调控的分子机制,探寻帕金森病的早期诊断biomarker和诊断方法。
