个人简介

Personal Profile

蒋晓燕,女,汉族,博士。同济大学医学院教授,博士生导师,心脏病全国重点实验室与东方医院科创中心特聘研究员。为如皋衰老纵向队列Co-PI(Rugao Longevity and Ageing Study, RuLAS),RuLAS队列已进行6次重测随访(2014年wave1, 2016年wave2, 2017年wave3, 2019年wave4, 2021年wave5, 2023年wave6),已建成具有一定国际知名度的多维度深度纵向表型(心眼肾代谢等器官系统、躯体社会心理等功能、组学标志物)及重大慢病发病死因随访的前瞻性队列。建立队列数据库,建立多学科多维度深度纵向表型、基因组、代谢组、宏基因组、甲基化、全外显子测序、蛋白组学等多组学数据库。研究方向:老年心血管病流行病学研究。长期从事心血管代谢性疾病及衰弱的分子和遗传流行病学研究,并有多年的多基因病与药物遗传学咨询、心血管药理学及病理生理学研究教学经历。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家自然科学基金青年基金、国家教育部博士点新教师基金、上海市自然科学基金、中央高校基本科研业务费专项基金等项目。为国家重点研发计划“主动健康和老龄化科技应对”专项“老年衰弱快速筛查评估量表的研发与建立”任务责任人。发表SCI论文近70篇,其中以通讯或第一作者(含并列)名义发表SCI论文31篇。获济南市科技进步二等奖(2015,排名第二)。是国家自然科学基金及教育部博士学位论文评审专家以及J Nutr Health Aging、Frontiers in Public Health、Molecular Biology Reports、Psychiatry Research等国际SCI期刊的审稿人。欢迎有生物信息背景的学生报考。
