Personal Profile
长期从事光功能晶体材料的研究与开发,主要涉及超宽禁带半导体氧化镓晶体、蓝宝石晶体、铝镁酸钪晶体、倍半氧化物激光晶体的制备、性能与应用研究。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家重点研发计划课题、上海市科委科技创新攻关项目、上海市创新行动计划项目、中央高校基本科研业务费专项资金等,承担国家自然科学基金重大研究计划培育项目、装备预研基金重点项目、国防kjw项目、产学研项目等。在国际重要学术期刊发表 SCI 论文 40 余篇,授权发明专利 20 余项,合作出版《稀土激光晶体材料及其应用》、《新型激光晶体材料及其应用》两部专著。获 2021 年度中国辐射防护学会科技进步一等奖(6/15)。
