Personal Profile
同济大学经济与管理学院建设管理与房地产系教授,博士生导师;同济大学复杂工程管理研究院副院长。获得英国皇家特许测量师学会资深会员(FRICS)、英国皇家特许建造师学会资深会员(FCIOB)、国际项目管理协会认证特级项目经理(IPMP-A)等国际执业资格。担任中国管理学会工程管理分会专业委员会副主任委员、中国建设监理协会工程咨询与管理分会副会长、上海市建设工程咨询行业协会(SCCA)行业发展委员会副主任委员,上海市工程咨询行业协会(SECTA)副会长、项目管理专业委员会副主任委员,曾任英国皇家测量师学会(RICS)中国区委员,亚洲教育标准委员会(AESB)委员,2019年RICS中国年度大奖评审委员会主席和2020年RICS中国年度大奖评审委员会委员。
长期从事建设工程管理领域的教学、科研与咨询实践。研究领域包括建筑业行业发展与改革、重大/复杂工程管理、精益建设、集成项目交付、全过程工程咨询等。主持国家自然科学基金、国家住房和城乡建设部、上海市科委等政府和企业委托各类研究课题三十余项,出版《业主开发与建设项目管理实用指南》、《重大基础设施全过程工程咨询理论与实践》、《大型复杂工程项目群管理协同与组织集成》、《项目复杂性识别、测度与管理研究》、《重大工程组织公民行为识别、驱动因素与效能涌现研究》、《现代工程建设精益项目交付与集成实践》、《项目管理案例》、《项目管理》等著作、译著、教材三十余部,发表学术论文150余篇。主持国内若干大型复杂工程项目管理研究咨询工作,典型案例包括上海迪士尼度假区、深圳前海新中心、上海西岸传媒港、湖南广播电视台节目生产基地、中国佛学院、中国商飞总部、广西南宁东站高铁新城、陕西汉中汉文化博览园等。
