Personal Profile
长期在航空航天相关领域的各类难加工材料(如航空航天Ni基高温合金)切削加工、表面完整性以及材料微纳力学性能的基础性领域开展研究工作;并积极参与国际制造前沿领域研究的探讨和交流,对于相关技术发展和趋势具有较好的掌握。近年来,在行业顶刊Acta Materialia, IJMTM, CIRP, JMPT, M&D上发表SCI论文20余篇。与英国罗尔斯罗伊斯航空发动机材料研发总部(Mark Hardy-公司院士)及零部件制造全球中心(Andy Mantle–全球铣削中心负责人)开展多年深入合作,对于航空发动机用镍基高温合金加工工艺,加工后表面完整性以及新材料微纳力学性能表征分析等具有较为丰富的研究经验。同时,曾在欧盟2020地平线计划框架下获得玛丽居里学者博士资助,在诺丁汉大学航空中心开展下一代航空技术(设计-材料-制造-气动-电力推进)研究,对于航空工业发展需求有较深了解;与瑞典全球领先刀具公司(SECO)研发部门首席科学家Rachid M`Saoubi(CIRP STC-C前主席)和隆德大学具有长期合作,对于切削刀具的发展和应用具有较为前沿的了解和认识,相关技术应用于切削加工中刀具性能的评估和研究;同瑞士联邦国家材料实验室在高温合金加工后材料的改性及新材料的微纳性能表征方面开展合作,对于材料的基础变形力学性能及研究方法积累了丰富经验,相关技术应用于切削加工工件的表面完整性研究和亚表面的微纳结构性能分析。
