个人简介

Personal Profile

邹海东,教授,主任医师,博士研究生导师。国家百千万人才工程人才、上海市领军人才、上海市优秀学科带头人等。国务院特殊津贴获得者。现任上海交通大学医学院附属第一人民医院副院长;上海市眼病防治中心/上海市眼科医院/同济大学附属眼科医院(筹)院长。上海市眼科疾病精准诊疗工程技术研究中心主任,上海市公共卫生眼科大数据及人工智能重点学科负责人,上海市公共卫生儿童青少年视觉健康管理学科负责人。国际防盲协会A级理事;中华眼科学会防盲学组副组长;中华全国防盲技术指导组副组长;中华预防医学会公共卫生眼科分会副主任委员;上海市眼科学会副主任委员;上海市视光学会候任主任委员;上海市预防医学会公共卫生眼科学分会主任委员;上海市中医眼科学会副主任委员。上海市防盲办公室主任。

国家科技部重点研发计划首席专家。近5年来独立主持国家自然科学基金等省部级以上眼科专业科研项目23项。已在国内外期刊发表论文350余篇,其中发表Nature子刊等SCI杂志230余篇。前三完成人身份先后获得过国家科技进步二等奖,上海市科技进步一等奖等22项科技奖励。

擅长各类疑难眼病的诊断和治疗,已完成近4万台以白内障手术为主的眼科手术。

团队展示

目前是国际防盲协会A级理事单位,上海市视觉健康中心暨儿童青少年近视防治技术中心,上海市眼卫生学公共卫生重点学科。近视相关研究领域,已牵头完成近视相关国家卫生行业标准2项,承担国家重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金等8项,成果纳入全国近视调查方案和近视防控适宜技术指南。获得上海市科技进步一等奖1项,教育部科技二等奖、中华医学科技二等奖等8项。2012年起由本项目牵头单位上海交通大学(医学院附属第一人民医院)业务托管,协同开展各类研究。
