Personal Profile
高睿,2012年于北京师范大学获得学士学位。2017年毕业于清华大学/北京生命科学研究所,获得理学博士学位。2017-2020年于同济大学高绍荣课题组从事博士后研究。2020年入职同济大学生命科学与技术学院预聘助理教授,硕士生导师;2023年起,任预聘副教授,博士生导师。现于高绍荣院士、陈嘉瑜教授团队,聚焦表观遗传如何精准调控人类生殖系细胞发育这一核心科学问题,以生殖细胞发生及早期胚胎发育为研究系统,系统解析DNA甲基化与组蛋白修饰为代表的表观遗传修饰,串联转录调控因子进而调控生殖系细胞有序发育的分子机制,鉴定并操纵关键表观遗传修饰提升胚胎发育效率和质量。个人代表性成果发表于Cell Stem Cell、Developmental Cell、Cell Reports Medicine、Cell Reports等国际知名学术期刊。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、面上项目,上海市自然科学基金面上项目等,以课题组长和骨干身份参与科技部国家重点研发计划“干细胞及转化研究”、“发育编程及其代谢调节”重点专项,获得“博新”计划资助。授权中国发明专利2项。担任Life Medicine杂志青年编委。
