Personal Profile
本人一直以来致力于细菌致病机制、耐药机制以及分子流行病学的研究。累计发表学术论文219篇,其中SCI论文103篇,10分以上17篇。近五年发表学术论文144篇,其中SCI论文81篇,>10分14篇,主要发表在杂志Drug Resistance Updates、Emerging Infectious Diseases、Antimicrob Agents Chemother、Emerging Microbes & Infections、eBioMedicine、Journal of Clinical Microbiology、Clinical Microbiology and Infection、International Journal of Antimicrobial Agents、International Journal of Infectious Diseases、Epidemiol Infect、Diagn Microbiol Infect Dis、BMC Infect Dis、J Hosp Infect上;主编或参与编写著作9部。为浙江省新世纪151人才工程第一层次人才和浙江省卫生高层次创新人才等。获中华医学科技奖一等奖和浙江省科学技术奖一等奖各1次,浙江省科学技术奖三等奖1次,其他厅市科技奖6次。担任中国防痨协会结核病基础分会主任委员以及其他学术组织的多个副主任委员。
