Personal Profile

        赵由才,男,1963年7月生于福建泉州市安溪县,教授、博导。1980年安溪一中高中毕业,1984年四川大学化学系本科毕业,1989年北京中关村中国科学院化工冶金研究所博士毕业(现过程所,硕博连读),1991年复旦大学化学系博士后流动站出站后到同济大学工作至今。1991年11月晋升副教授,1995年12月晋升教授,1999年9月聘为博导,2007年12月被聘为同济大学首批二级教授。先后在瑞士、新加坡、美国和希腊工作4年。自1998年起,连续为本科生、硕士生、博士生讲授固体废物处理与资源化课程。国家重点研发项目负责人。获中共中央、国务院、中央军委颁发的中华人民共和国成立70周年纪念章、欧盟Marie-Curie奖学金,享受国务院政府特殊津贴,入选教育部跨世纪优秀人才、上海市科技”启明星”人才计划和“启明星后”人才跟踪计划、上海市优秀青年教师、上海市育才奖、上海市领军人才,80多个全国性和上海市有关学会、协会、大学、学术刊物的专家委员会专家或专家委员会主任、兼职教授、编委等。35年来,一直致力于生活垃圾、建筑废物、危险废物、城市污泥污染控制与资源化研发与应用,以及人工智能在固废领域的应用,成果得到广泛应用,社会和环境成效显著。

         在生活垃圾投放过程环境卫生防控方面,系统地建立了生活垃圾投放设施环境卫生风险环节识别-病原菌和挥发性有机物种类和强度监测-暴露风险等级划分-防护用品配置-次氯酸原位制备与消毒除臭-涉外船废消毒技术体系。

        在生活垃圾源头分类资源化和大规模转运方面,创建了系列化源头分类分流-干垃圾智能化机械分选-分类废物无水洁净和利用-湿垃圾厌氧发酵和热化学转化为碳源-有机垃圾浆液聚合-分类废物大型组合式集装箱转运技术装备。

        在生活垃圾卫生填埋与填埋废物挖采分选利用方面,开发了完整的场底和边坡防渗-蚊蝇恶臭控制-渗滤液处理-堆场堆高-封场绿化-加速稳定化-矿化垃圾挖采分选-腐殖土及轻质物和惰性物高值化利用等可持续卫生填埋技术创新链。

        在生活垃圾机械炉排焚烧发电方面,创建了高含水率生物堆酵脱水提高热值-炉条配方生产-炉排炉膛设计制造-飞灰固化稳定化与高静压压块安全填埋-炉渣分选和制砖及污水处理填料利用等自主研发和国产化技术设备。

        在建筑废物污染控制与资源化方面,系统建立了拆房建筑垃圾破碎-装修垃圾分类分选-微纳米骨料材料细胞粉磨及其高性能水性涂料和废水处理催化剂制备-工矿企业和火灾爆炸污染建筑废物无害化处理和利用技术设备体系。

        在危险废物无害化与利用方面,发明应用了危废智能化识别与鉴别-锌铅危废和低品位锌铅废矿及镀锌废钢铁烧碱溶液生产锌/铅粉和剥锌钢铁再生-粉末危废高压压块减容填埋-高传染性有机危废焚烧-安全填埋等成套技术装备。

        在城市污泥高效调理与深度压榨脱水方面,发明应用了铝钙镁基和铁(II)和焦硫酸钾及水泥石灰协同固化调理-超高静压高压(>50 Mpa)压榨深度脱水-矿化垃圾改性降低臭度提高抗压强度-脱水污泥卫生填埋与填埋污泥挖采等技术与装备。

在新兴技术在固体废物处理与资源化应用方面,开发了人工智能准确预测生活垃圾产量-危险废物智能识别-防篡改实时移动监控和指纹特征抓取-转运过程中恶臭异味识别和控制-有害垃圾智能化识别分拣箱-生活垃圾智慧化转运等技术设备。

       排名1获国家科技进步奖二等奖1项和上海市、教育部科技进步奖和发明奖一等奖2项和二等奖6项、同济大学教学成果奖一等奖1项;承担了1项国家重点研发项目、7项国家自然科学基金、5项863和科技支撑和环保部公益性科研、15项上海市科委重大重点、3项教育部重大和博士点及跨世纪人才培养等一大批国家和地方项目或课题;培养了61名博士、110名硕士和工程硕士、6名博后、9名硕士和博士留学生、10名教育部委派进修教师等环境卫生领域杰出科技和管理人才;在世界著名出版社Elsevier和Springer出版了9部代表国际领先水平英文专著,国内出版83部、销售量超过40万册多次再版和印刷的专著、学术著作、科普、教材;其中《固体废物处理与资源化》本科生教材已经出版3版,2022年10月份出版第四版,已销售5万册;发表SCI 168篇,中文论文380篇,排名1授权中国和日本发明专利76项。
