Personal Profile

同济大学医学院副教授,同济大学新生院特聘本科生导师,中科院上海生命科学研究院博士后。美国华盛顿大学公共卫生学院生物统计学系访问学者,新加坡国立大学计算机学院计算生物学系访问学者。现任中国抗癌协会骨与软组织肿瘤热疗及生物信息专家委员会副主委,上海医学会临床流行病学与循证医学分会委员,上海医学会临床流行病学与循证医学专科分会临床研究方法学组副组长。Frontiers in Bioengineering and Biotechnology(IF:5.890), Frontiers in Genetics(IF:4.599)杂志的审稿编辑,同济大学学报(医学版)审稿人,累计审稿30余篇。2019 年度同济大学新生院优秀本科生导师。

Associate professor in Tongji University; Undergraduate Tutor for Freshmen in Tongji University; Postdoctoral fellow in Chinese Academy of Sciences; Visiting Scholar in Department of Biostatistics, University of Washington USA; Visiting Scholar in Department of Computational Biology, School of Computer Science, National University of Singapore. She is now the deputy chair of the expert Committee of bone and soft tissue tumor hyperthermia and bioinformatics of The Chinese Anti-cancer Association; member of the Clinical Epidemiology and Evidence-based Medicine Branch of the Shanghai Medical Association; the deputy leader of the Clinical Research Methods Group of the Clinical Epidemiology and Evidence-based Medicine Branch of the Shanghai Medical Association.

Editor reviewer of Frontiers in Bioengineering and Biotechnology (IF:5.890), Frontiers in Genetics(IF:4.599; Reviewer of The Journal of Tongji University (Medical Edition), and she has reviewed more than 30 articles.

Awards as Outstanding Undergraduate Tutor of Freshmen College of Tongji University in 2019.

研究成果

主要针对心脑血管疾病、癌症等开展了统计学分析及数据挖掘研究,主持和承担国家自然科学基金及上海市等省部级以上项目5项。以第一作者或通讯作者在Aging un US, Front.Cell.Dev.Biol, Journal of cellular and molecular medicine, Cancer medicine等杂志发表SCI收录论文30余篇,累计影响因子180余分,中文核心期刊3篇。
