Personal Profile
主要从事发育、转分化、核移植和诱导重编程等过程的多层级的表观调控机制研究。2013年在cell stem cell杂志上合作发表封面文章揭示了DNA甲基化与羟甲基化介导的表观遗传重编程的分子机制,该论文被评为年度十佳论文。通过建立和完善多种微量测序技术,开展了包括早期胚胎组蛋白修饰图谱的测定和核移植胚胎重编程机制等方面的研究,成果之一于2016年发表在Nature杂志。访学期间主持参与了多个RNA表观修饰调控的相关课题,成果之一于2020年发表在Science杂志。近五年,以第一作者和通讯作者在Science, Nature,Cell stem cell,Nature Cell Biology,Cell Reports等一流刊物上发表论文,入选国家自然科学基金委优秀青年科学基金,国家中组部“青年拔尖人才”,上海市晨光计划,青年科学启明星计划,中国科协“青年人才托举工程”等人才项目。主持科技部国家重点研发计划青年项目,国自然面上与青年项目等。获得2020年国家自然科学二等奖(2/5),2022年上海市自然科学一等奖(3/5)2019年教育部高等学校科学研究优秀成果奖(科学技术)一等奖(3/9),2017年动物学会第七届青年科技奖等。
