入选上海市海外高层次人才引进计划。研究方向为道路交通基础设施规划设计理论与方法、道路交通驾驶行为与车安全分析、道路设施环境评价与智能优化等,目前发表30余篇论文,包括领域权威期刊Transportation Research Part C、Accident Analysis and Prevention等10余篇JCR Q1区论文,并获得Accident Analysis and Prevention举办的2021年国际会议最佳论文奖。担任三个SCI/SSCI期刊特刊客座编辑、上海市公路学会第八届理理事会青年专家委员会委员、上海市交通工程学会第九界理事会地面公交专业委员会委员。参与了国家级一流本科课程、上海高校市级重点课程等课程建设,获国家教学成果奖二等奖、上海市高等教育优秀教学成果特等奖等。
