张兰芳,女,工学博士,2001年任职于同济大学,交通运输工程学院教授,博士生导师,交通设施系副系主任。美国弗吉尼亚理工大学访问学者,中国公路学会隧道分会理事,中国公路学会计算机应用分会会员。主要从事道路规划与设计、机场规划设计与运行管理、道路交通安全等方面的教学和科研工作。近年来,主持了国家重点研发项目课题“道路应急抢通装备体系和标准体系研究与应用”等数项国家课题;作为子项负责人承担了“十二五”国家科技支撑计划、国家863项目、上海市科技重大项目、民航总局重点专项等课题相关研究内容;作为主要研究人员参加了交通部、公安部、建设部等相关行业标准的编制;在相关领域国际会议及期刊发表高质量论文100余篇(一作或通讯发表SCI/SSCI论文13篇,其中1篇高被引,发表EI论文20余篇);主讲“机场规划设计”、“机场运营与管理”、“道路规划设计”等课程,参编了《道路规划与设计》、《机场规划与设计》、《道路计算机辅助工程》、《高速公路》等教材。
