2016年11月-2021年4月：荷兰拉德堡德大学（Radboud University）行为科学研究所 社会与文化心理学专业（行为改变与福祉方向，Behaviour Change and Well-being；哲学博士）；研究主题：自控与亲密关系
2013年9月-2016年6月：北京师范大学 心理学部 发展与教育心理学专业（心理咨询方向；教育学硕士）；研究主题：处境不利群体（特别是青少年）的心理弹性干预、早期逆境对青少年大脑结构与功能的影响、压力及其应对、创伤后成长
