Personal Profile
人才培养方面:指导本科生获得同济大学高廷耀环保创新实践奖学金(生态文明建设这十年,同看家乡水质之演变——中国重要流域水环境状况调查与分析)、荣获“知行杯”上海市大学生社会实践大赛优秀指导老师。构建以学生为中心的项目学习范式,打通实践成果转化科普、科创和科研途径。所指导学生的实践成果被生态环境部太湖流域东海海域生态环境监督管理局生态环境监测与科研中心等管理单位采纳。实践教学成果有力支撑了产学研平台(嘉兴同济环境研究院)荣获中国产学研合作创新与促进奖,先后获批国家生态科普教育基地、长江大保护示范教育基地、浙江省生态文明教育基地等,这也为课程后续开展奠定了良好基础。
教学方面:以“环境监测”为主线:(1)主讲《环境监测》《环境监测方案课程设计》等本科生课程,《环境仪器分析》《现代环境分析理论与技术》等研究生课程;(2)作为副主编参与编写绿色环保新兴领域“十四五”高等教育教材《环境监测课程设计与实践》1本,作为骨干参与编写高等教育本科规划教材2本、全国司法鉴定教育培训系列教材《环境损害司法鉴定实务》1本;(3)参与编写的本科生教材《环境监测》《环境监测课程设计与实践》分别荣获2025年同济大学优秀教材一等奖和二等奖,参与编写的研究生教材《现代环境分析技术》荣获2025年同济大学优秀教材特等奖;(4)荣获同济大学教学成果奖一等奖2次、二等奖2次。
科研方面:近年来,聚焦环境新污染物分析及其风险管控:(1)发展了靶向与非靶向分析方法体系,构建了“滴水溯源”非靶向分析技术平台,并成功应用于工业废水、地下水、地表水及湖泊沉积物等样品中新污染物的筛查识别;(2)揭示了土壤-地下水系统中全氟化合物的排放规律、迁移机理,建立了其产排污系数模型;(3)阐明了我国东部沿海典型新污染物的时空分布特征及其关键影响因素,评估了其入海通量及主要输入途径。
主持或参与国家级及省部级科研课题20余项,包括科技部重点研发计划、国家水体污染控制与治理科技重大专项(水专项)、国家自然科学基金、上海市教委重点项目、生态环境部公益性行业科研专项、国际合作项目等。在Environmental Science &Technology、Water Research等环境领域权威期刊发表学术论文100余篇(其中第一或通讯作者论文67篇),总被引5000余次;获授权国家专利10余项;参与出版学术专著2部。
社会服务方面:承担或参与国家及地方社会服务项目40余项,涵盖全国第三次海洋污染基线调查、第二次全国污染源普查、重点行业企业用地土壤污染状况调查、农田重金属污染源解析、饮用水水源地环境风险源调查、地下水污染防治分区划分与管控等。担任Environmental Pollution和Environmental Science andPollution Research客座编辑、Chemosphere和《生态环境损害研究》编委、中国环境科学学会新污染物治理专业委员会委员、上海市新污染物治理专家委员会委员、上海市及浙江省生态环境损害鉴定专家。在国内外学术会议中多次组织专题讨论。
获奖方面:荣获中国科学院院长优秀奖和首届SCOPUS“寻找未来科学之星”环境科学领域青年科学之星,入选教育部“新世纪优秀人才支持计划”“南湖百杰”“创新嘉兴·精英引领计划”“同济大学青年英才计划-骨干类”、首届南湖区“十佳科技工作者”、学校考核优秀(2次)、学院优秀党员。
